DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACTION VILLAGE.COM, THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES BUT IF BALLS OR ANYTHING ELSE IS BROKEN, YOU CAN'T RETURN IT . I spent a lot of money on stuff their and some of it was broken and I got screwed out of a lot of paint and gear. Don't shop there.

did you happen to read the disclaimer on buying paint. It says its not their fault if paint is broken during shipping. Its UPS' fault, so dont blame paintballgear.com because they are a good store.

they're not responsilbe for broken paint(thta's why I don't buy paint online) but if a gun or tank or some comes broken many companies have a limited warrenty like 30 days or 90 days or something where if it's damaged they replace it for free. Or with enough complaning pbgear probably would replace it. I've ordered lots of stuff there with no trouble at all.

Yeah, they're not responsible for your broken paint. I've ordered from actionvillage before - very satisfied.

I've had no problems with them, if you say it takes for ever to get your stuff, when you put it in your cart it will tell you if it's in stock or not.

Sure, order your gun there. I ordered my old spyder on pbgear. Just make sure it says it's in stock when you check it out.

I recommend them. I ordered a Spyder E-99 from them when they were having the $125 special on them. I had it 4 days after ordering it. Well packaged, quick shipping. I've ordered other parts and accessories as well. They're top notch.

Me and my freind always order from them, my freind has only had problems with backorder stuff, because it takes FOREVER and a day to get an order with a backorder item from them.
I like PB Gear:D

lol Look at his address (Costa Rica). Odds are there aren't too many paintball stores locally. Hopefully he "piggy-backed" some orders. Or plans on selling some of the other stuff to help pay his way with this addiction...oops I meant sport:D

they do too, haze. ive done it about 10 times to avoid my parents' criticism for asking for their credit card. just print of page 2 of checkout, send it in with the money order, and boom! you're done.

I dont get it. PEople say, they wouldnt buy paint online cause of shipping and it might break. HOW DO YOU THINK YOUR STORE GET SIT! Do you think he just walks over there to Draxxus HQ and buy the paint, and walk back? They have to SHIP it too, thats why some paint might break too at your store. The ods are still the same of breaking, weather you buy it from your store, or online.

Yeah.
Here I can sell an autococker at 600 us dollars. Spyder at 400. The Emag I order I'm keeping it for myself. The Spyder I'm selling it for 400. The googles for 100 each one (DYE INVISION). Jerseys 90 each one. I can really make money here :D. Last year I selled a BE Tigershark for 150.

i just ordered from action village and not happy at all.......they screwed up my order and sent 2 different fropfowards when i only wanted one of em, the dropfowards i got one the CP soyder dropfoward and it is not like the one on CP's site there is no rail for the on/off adapter i bought.......
also i ordered a nitro tank and the cover they said to get for it and it doesnt fit it is too small......
and lastly i had 3 day delivery and got my order almost 2 weeks later(took them 4 days just to process order!!) and everything was in stock i called to make sure it was
i will not be buying from them again
i would suggest 888paintball.com i ordered from them after actionvillage and got it long before i got my actionvillage order

I haven't been happy with them either...I ordered a BKO from them 2 weeks ago, they were out of stock, so they had to backorder it, and they said it would take about 2 weeks to get it in.
So here I am waiting for it, I email actionvillage to get an ETA on the BKO, and they replied they ordered it from the factory, but they can't get the BKO to them, what a bunch of BS I thought, so I head over to my local paintball store, where one of the employees told me they would be getting BKOs in today, .so I proceed to cancel my order (I just hope they don't ship the BKO after I cancel it! That would REALLY tick me off).
Sure I may pay more at the paintball store, but the store I go to has terrfic customer service. I have been using them since a little after I started playing.

I've had nothing but success from them. Shipping has been pretty quick but I just drive over there now. The guy in the front who takes the order is a jerk though.

It's not Action Villages fault they don't have any BKO's in stock... They sell very well.

I tried matching a price there a couple weeks ago. I don't know how long that should take them but they still haven't done it. The Raven NVX Goggles. 51 bucks at countypaintball.com. 69 bucks at paintballgear.com. A buddy of mine wants a set (I prefer my Dye Invision). I sent them an e mail to customer service they should respond sometime today with that.

My advice is to never buy paint online. I have never bought any paint online but i have talked to people who have. Its usually the shippers falt (UPS and so on..). Its really not paintballgear.com's falt for the broken paint. They seem to be a decent online store. I have only purchased one itet from there site and it was a dropford witch came in a resonable amount of time and nothing was wrong.

ya, but if you get it from your local pro-shop and the paint is broken you can usually return/exchange it.

I'm not really happy with pbgear right now either. I also ordered a BKO last thursday, and its still backordered. Thats over a week already. Also, my bro ordered a 68/4500 crossfire last friday (a day after I ordered mine) and it is also backordered.

CountyPaintball-
He didn't order from you because at the time he wanted ared one and all you had was the gun metal gray and the clear silver one. I emailed you a few weeks ago and asked if you would get the red ones in and you said your supplier didn't carry them. Your response was super fast and it really showed how great your customer service was. So he decided to wait. Now you have the red one too. Now he tells me that hes ordered stuff from Paintballgear.com before and not you so hes gonna give em a few more days to change their price and if they don't he will order from you. Sorry but I am sure at least you can appreciate his customer loyalty.

I see. Didn't realize you were talking about the red ones before I carried them. Thanks for the update.
