I just found a bag of 500 bigball paintballs in my closet. I got them for christmas a year ago But I shot a few of them already in the spring and put the bag away.. so I went out in my back yard and unleashed on the fence. They flew straight and not one ball broke! I was shooting it out of my Piranha Pro TS running at around 500psi, and using my nitrogen tank. Maybe thats why non broke. If you tried this with co2, paint would probably break because CO2 sucks. There was no performance difference between new bigballs, and this year old batch. How long are paintballs supposed to stay good? By the way nitrogen smells funny.

well, if they are stored correctly, then a quality paintball can still retain its quality for a month or two. however, i once shot half a year old paint and only had one break i believe- otherwise, i cant complain for not having to throw it out.

by the way, i also just got back from unloading on my target in my backyard 35 yds away with my mag - weird isn't it?

I had a half year old batch of Zap Premium plus and they suck. They suck brand new. They arent round and they all curve. The year old big ball shot better than these. Zap sucks. Anyone ever shot Zap premium plus? They all friggin curve and RPS paint dosent do that because RPS is the best.

Its hard to find Ultra Evil. RPS makes it for a couple of the big tourny series like the NPPL. This years Ultra was white shelled. I haven't got my hands on any of it. My local shop got in 20 cases of the blue shell stuff last year. Ultra Evil is the best paint I have ever shot.

Is there any difference between Evil that they have out now and that Ultra Evil that you're talking about?

Yes there's a big difference. The regular Evil is about the same as the other RPS paints like Marbs, All Star, Slam and El Tigre. Ultra Evil is very brittle, has unbelievable fill and is very consistent in size. It shoots very straight and breaks on anything it touches. Some people have trouble with breaks in their guns. I've had no trouble with it in my Cocker. Some of the guys at the local shop were having trouble shooting it in their Angels. But what's really weird is that my son's stock Spyder Flash will shoot it all day with not one break. A lot of people can't believe that. If you get lucky enough to find some, buy at least one bag to try. :D

Yes, it stains but not bad.
