the valve is just plain fast, but the Reactive Trigger option means, you pulls the trigger, it shoots, and then the trigger bounces forward, and you don't have to really spend the much time realeasing the trigger, very fast guns

No, they don't shoot on the return of the pull.

he didnt say it did, he said it bounces back after the trigger is pulled. i heard that the pull is 2 lbs. and it bounces back with 4 lbs.
