Barrel and X Chamber

Two questions, what is the better barrel boomstick or J&J ceramic? yes i know the boomstick must be better for 40$ more, but is the difference really worht it? Also, whats the best expansion chamber out there? benchmarks? PMI? ACI?

well, i don't know the difference between the barrels b/c i have never really played w/ the ceramic barrel, but i wouldn't get an expansion chamber. I would get an antisiphon tube for your tank at 888paintball.com and i would get a PMI Pure Energy Regulator.
