Get the model 98 for sure it can take a lot of abuse and it is the sweetest gun! it shoots so accurate with a lapco!get this package. all from county paintball

You forgot about the vertical adapter and expansion chamber, and extra hoses. That's an additional $65.
Model 98s are hard to field strip so newbies may not like them. Piranhas are very durable, VERY EASY to field strip, and take a lot of Spyder parts. Your friend should get the Piranha package, it's much better and cheaper, too.

Trust me the piranaha is a much better deal. It is super easy to field strip. And unlike idiots think even if your gun is SUPER DURRABLE IT STILL NEEDS TO BE FIELD STRIPPED. and to field strip a 98 is a pain. ITS DURRABLE. every gun is durrable. What kind of idiot runs over there gun!?!? Yeah a 98 could take it, but why do that "you must be STUPID STUPID STUPID" ~ The rainmaker You cannot andozie a model 98, which sucks who wants a plain ol dull black gun. And the silver is half silver half black. The Prianaha comes witha rear cocking, power feed, vertical adaptor, and a double trigger. For about the same price or less, why get an inferior gun. I think not go with the Piranaha Series. Buy your self a 200 round hopper, 20 oz Co2, Mask Elbow. That below 200.

yeah go with teh Spyder Compact 2k, and get a new barrel, bottomline and a new gripframe..

Or get my gun which is pretty much an upgraded spyder 2000. it has a better gripframe and better internals

oh yeah..that's a nice gun to get..just get a new barrel for like 50 bucks and you got a pretty nice gun to start with
