High Pressure on Spyder Shutter

I just recently looked at the box of my spyder shutter and noticed it says to use .68 caliber paintballs and CO2 only. I've recently been using High Pressure though. Is that O.K.? I know people who have used cheaper guns and use High Pressure too!

It should be fine, but to be safe get a regulator if the tank does not have one.
