I am getting a pure energy reg. for my Spyder SE. I would like to know which hose is better and which one you recommend for low pressure: Macro line, Steel hose. Please include why and give suggestions on where i should get them and from which company they are good.

Macro is the best for LP since it has higher flow than the other two.
