Can a mod help me?

I hang out alot in the ICD forums, and the mod rarely takes care of the spamming that goes on. We had a BKO pics thread but the mod never stickied it! We have started a new one entitled the "official BKO pics thread" could somebosy sticky that?...also, can we get a new mod to make sure that conversations dont go on in the pics threads?
