anybody else have this problem??
It may seem a little "off subject" but really isn't. Any Tribal owner can tell you a lot of useful info gets exchanged back and forth via these forums.
For some damn reason I'm TOTALLY unable to post ANYTHING at PBN..... however things are just fine here :)
Kinda weird though, I can go read what's going on over there but can't respond to help (or add my 2 cents).
I know there's a few Tribeman that jump between the 2 boards so if you would mention to the gang at PBN that I'm still around, just can't post there........

Hey Fud, Maybe it's a sign! ;)

Remember this

You're always Welcome here!

That was part of the main reason for the switch a few months back. PBN's servers were s__l__o__o__o__w....... you get the idea.
But now I can't even post there & the pages don't even fully load to view. Granted, I live in a small town and my ISP isn't the greatest but things were fine several months ago.
Several PBN'er already monitor both boards, but the majority choose to stay there (i don't know why).
The servers here are better & pictures are easier to post. Wish more of them would see the light and relocate over here..........

I was a pbreviwer user first, and I wish everyone would switch to this site, due to every reason you stated. Also pbnation gets OT a little too much.

People stay at pbn because of the black backround, the white hurts peoples eyes.
also its a proven fact that on a computer monitor, black on white writeing is much harder on the eyes and can actuly decrease your vision faster that white on black..

Larry, if people were that worried or concerned about how black lettering on a white screen effected their eyesight they should not use a computer at all....
Keep in mind that particular color combo is the industry standard, I believe it is the default setting for every e-mail service available.
However, if someones eyes are that sensitive they could always reduce the brightness of the screen by using the dimming fuction on their moitor.

CrazyB brought up a good point........ maybe that "OT" thing has something to do with the black screen & white letters;)

You can buy a $10 thing to put over your screen that reduce eye strain by a huge margin(50% or some other crazy claim) or you can buy a cheap LCD. LCD monitors have almost NO EYE STRAIN. I am looking into one because i spend so much time on a computer, i need to look at avoiding eye strain.

I would love to see more of the tribe here, but I think most people will stay there. That has been home for the tribe for a while.

I know that I am not alot of peoples biggest fans too:( and that isn't helping to bring people here.

If Tribesmen like Maggy, WM, CM, CB, Me, HB, etc. would drop in here once in a while it would be GREAT. Prob is that the fodder usually follows.....

Yeah if some of the guys from PBN would hop over it would be cool, but we have a pretty good lil group here as well.

PBR isn't for everyone, we wouldn't really want it that way.

However if you want to be involved with people who really care about the sport and have something to contribute in the way of conversation, or experience, while respecting the other members contributions all while hanging in the coolest site available to modern man. Well...;) If they're worthy they'll come! :D

The crude language, the flaming/spam, obscene pictures and content can stay out of here as far as I am concerned (not calling anybody out specifically...I see it alot of places). I take pride in the fact that we have great, clean forums here!

I do wish that some of the better guys would come over here...when the new server comes in, this forum will have some awesome potential.
