Hi,
I'm a total noob to paintball. A bunch of friends play at work and have talked me into getting equipment and playing.

I looked around for combo's to buy to get me started.
I wasn't planning on paying much as I"m just starting and didn't know if PB would agree with me.

I ended up buying a Tippman 98 custom package from www.thepaintballstore.com which leads us to this thread.

I made the purchase on Jan 15th. They seem to have taken the money from my CC but I haven't received any conformation of shipping or if out of stock.

I ended up sending two emails to thier status of shipping email account , but have so far been ignored. I called thier service number twice also , once after hours and another during open hours but it rang off the hook.

Anyone else have any problems with this vendor?
Thanks for all replys.

not sure on the rules, but i think its 30? days past the charge, you can despute it and get it off your bill, you did the right thing, paying with a credit card, you should be all set..... (i have never used them before) - but from now on, the sites i recommend are pbgear.com, compulsivepaintball.com, xpaintball.com, and g3pb.com

Thanks for the posts AND the links for the different suppliers.

Since I posted the message I was able to finally get a hold of them.
Don't know what the problem was, but I assured themn that they would get poor reseller ratings on the net if I didn't get an answer pronto.

Got a tracking number this morning :)
