Get an electro, you want to fire as many shots as you can in a short amount of time, and not have a chance of short stroking. Also, get something with a drop forward and smaller barrel to hug the bunker. And you have to be comfortable with your gun.

For straight up snap shooting
Micromag with remote air.
second best in my mind would be a centerfeed mag.
I prefer remotes for snap shooting because they have less mass and are faster to point.

Terminators are really good for snap shooting and they run about 200 bucks.......they're reliable, dependable, and and so on and so an.........go to http://www.paintballstar.com to see the review on it.......they say it is good for snap shooting in the review somewhere.......

I would say an automag if you are looking to keep a low profile and not spend a huge amount.

automag, against what some may say, it is pretty hard to short stroke a mag trigger, (for me anyways), and its a snappy pull. heavy but quick. I can get around 7 bps or more off stock trigger, and its a nice small gun. Check here for a nice automag...www.pbgear.com, then go to automag classics, then at the bottom there is pbgear special, it should say 499.99, but it comes with a 68 flatline nitro!!! add 70 bucks for powerfeed. Its pretty expensive, but its WELL worth the money. take a look at the picture. I say order everything off pbgear cuz thats a awesome site.

Get an electro if you can afford it. It makes it so much easier to snap shoot, trust.

Bushy is my fav.
Small
Light
short(with short barrel and nice dropforward)
cant shortstroke
SWEET trigger
vert feed
high ROF is easily done
comfortable to hold(as with any other 45 frame, but thats just preference)
IMO, i'd go with (in this order
Bushy
Palmer Blazer
Classic mag with ReTro valve
Those are my 3 favorites.

mag, or bushy if you want a electro, id rather have a bushy then a impulse, (my opinion),....
I'd say Impulse...you can shake off a few more rounds as well as not short stroke ! Krashers right on this one

best gun in snap shooting situations would have to be an angel... its light in weight and on the trigger... after that its bushies, defiants, timmies, e-mags, and the like.
automags would be good for opening play launching 200 rounds of paint spewing near an opponent, using the z-grip, in about 20 secs.....

if an automag could shoot 200 rounds in 20 seconds that means it's going at 10bps... and on semi thats pretty DAMNED hard!!!
