I'm stuck between an All American and a DYE Stainless Steel, they are only about 10 bucks apart. Nayone who has shot or used these barrels letme know how they are. I heard the DYE SS is very good with diablo balze paint. How about the AA? Let me know,

Yes i was refering to the ones on firstcallpaintball.com
I heard the Dye SS shoots great with diablo blaze paint, which i use alot, so I might go with the SS. Has anyone else shot the AA?

Out of those two i like the Dye, but...
I'd recomend a bigshot/autospirit combo. You can buy both of them for 10 bucks more than the AA, you can shoot any medium or small bore paint like darts, they are just as good(if not better) than both the AA and the DYE SS. And they arent gas hogs.

Another question you may want to take into account is what type of paint do you usually use.
But regardless, I like the dye products a bit better.

How about the term "gas-hog" when it comes to barrels. Does it mean the longer it is, the more amount of gas is required to push it out? More velocity is needed for a longer barrel. By the way the Dye SS is the 12" and the AA is a 14".

it means the more porting there is the more gas is released. on the lapco there is very little porting, thus conserving gas.
