Use 'Email Notification' by default

I said no to the Use 'Email Notification' by default and pbreview is still sending me a e-mail when ever some one replies to one of the threads that I have participated in. How do I make pbreview stop filling up my mailbox with pointless e-mails???

It says youll only get one but you get many more for the same thread. If it was one i could deal with it but its not, make it stop.

It sends emails to the thrads you posted in WHILE you had the email active.

Now that you've taken it off, all the threads you posted in since you took it off wont send an email.

Once all the old threads die you wont have any emails.

Kinda confusing...understand?
