Can anyone explain how to do a trigger job on an Automag classic? Please help me out.

First, but an extra sear. You stand a VERY good chance of messing one up when you do this.

then take some sandpaper and sand down the sear at a slight angle on the face that is against the bolt. do this until the beveled edge is smooth of all the rough lines left by casting. Try it on your gun. You may want to use a Power Tube Spacer kit at the same time to deal with any down the barrel leaking problems. If this is light enough then you are set. If this isn't enough for you, start to work on the rest of the face that is flat. taking it down very slowly and then putting it in the gun and testing. Lastly, for real problems/real light pull. you can take a dremel tool or file and start filing down the middle third of the face of the sear. When you get an unusable sear, buy a new one and start over again. Just be very careful.

I went through 5 sears testing different grinds and different angles. I use a slight bevel for the most problem free and light pull. This really works best with a PT Spacer kit though
