My friend has ordered twice from Action Village and claims that they have the worst service. He ordered something, and he said it didn't come for 2 months, and it was in stock. He then told me how his friend bought an impulse, and it came broke after a couple months of waiting it and they won't let them return it.

I find this all hard to believe, and I would like to know the truth since Action Village is very cheap, and I may be wanting to order from them.

I have had a bit of experience with them and not one problem. I bought my mag, a crossfire tank, redz dimension and a few other things with no problems. 2 of my friends bought 2k3 cockers also and had no problems.

dunno about the 2 month thing, but about the impulse, they have all over their site (with the smart parts items on it) that they will not return a smart parts product, you must speak to SP directly

I bought my a-5 there, paint, barrels, drop forward, and other little stuff. The only inconvience I ran into is that when I ordered my drop and barrel on a monday....the drop came on wednesday and the barrel was backordered and came on friday. The prices are great and the packaging is excellent.

i ordered my cocker from there first. i had no problems at all came in less than a week. then i orderd an aa vigi no problems same as last time. 4 weeks ago i ordered a tank and a kapp reflex, it was out of stock and they told me via e-mail that it would ship a week and a half from the order date. and my **** still isnt here. i ordered a wgp block, kapp fat ram, rock reg, and kapp 3-way yesterday all in stock, and it better ****ing come with in a week.

so it is best to order if the stuff is in stock, if not you will be waiting for a long times.

they are out of stock a lot, however, i think that their prices an selection make up for it. they are on of the few online pb stores that arent run buy incompetent idiots who dont know a thing like 888 paintball or paintball deals. besides, sometimes they send you something better than you ordered;)

Don't you love it when companies screw up and send you something about 3 times the value?

I somehow ended up with an Autococker at my door awhile ago, I think it was a Gen-X type, but being me, I sent it back and felt good about myself for being a good citizen...knowing what I do now, I would've kept the darned thing and then sold it off.

I ordered some stuff from them back in December. It hasn't arrived yet. I'm starting to get pissed. According to the postal service tracking system, my payment arrived on the 18th of December, or thereabouts.

I check their website on occasion, none of the stuff I ordered is listed as being in stock, and since it's not going to be paintball season for quite a while, I don't fret about it. I'll start to really bug them in April, I suppose.

I've also ordered from them a couple of times, once with two items the other with about 5. Both times I received the shipment quickly with no errors. I would recommend it based on my experiences.

ye, i bought most of ish from there, they're the #1 online paintball store ever for a reason. also they have the cheapest prices, and free shipping for over $100. if it weren't for the free shipping, buying paint would have been impossible.

Everytime I've ordered something from Action Village, part of the order has been backordered. Same thing with my bro too. I ordered a BKO on Jan 1st, and I didn't get it for almost a month, so I canceld my order like a week ago and bought a B2k3 w/ PDS on Ebay :)
