Actually. they cant.. See People have to generally pay for their internet services which meens that you cannot be blocked form certain sites .They can attemp to contact the isp but will have a failed request becuase isp's will not do that.. :D .. ANd if they did u can sue them since u did pay for internet service!!!!:D DERRRR.. (hitting hand against chest like people do when they want to point out retards)
