is there such thing?? some dude on ebay said he won multiple woods tournys....

Yes, at some places they still have wood tournments.

That doesnt seem like it would work out well. But i guess they could have them at some random locations.

My friend says his friend (weird kid) plays competitively in woods tournements. He says he has a m98 and "hand feeds every ball." Also, he has camo for every season....

For some reason woods tournies don't appeal to me if they're anything like that.

They have woods tournies..they are just speedball fields in the woods. The field closest to where I live has I think 2 woods speedball fields. They are just a bunch of different wooden bunkers. +'s, spools, L's..all sorts of odd shaped things.
