I've tried it and you can get some bad dimplage. Luckily I was able to repair the balls I had that dimpled.

I leave paint in pods sometimes if i dont feel like putting them in bags. What i do is just take out like ten balls so its not packed in tight, nothing bad ever happens to the paint.

Yeah, remove a few balls, and don't store them vertically, otherwise the bottom ones get squashed a bit if they're nearly full. I stored some leftover paintballs in my pods and they were still perfect when I went back to the field. Mind you, I only stored them in there for a week.

hmm... I always store my paint in my pods. As long as they arnt packed in and you leave em on their side, they work great. I have big ball that is about a month old and is still fine.

They stay the freshest in bags.... I left them in pods once and they performed like complete sh... dog doo doo.

it dosent take that much time to dump it in a bag, id rather take that three seconds than have a batch of bad paint.

seriously its that hard to dump paint in a plastic bag and twist tie it or seal it?

paint is expensive,storing it in pods can and will damage the paint ,why waste it?

are you the same kid that comes up to the trailor at the field and whines about broken paint in your gun and says "i only left it in a pod in the sun for 5 hours"

Wierd, like i said, I left paint in my pods for about a month, its still fine... just played yesterday and I still have some leftover...

no im the kid who just got pods and just wanted to know if its ok to let some paint stay in my pods or if i should put it in a bag instead.... thanks alot *******

I agree. If you've got the time just pour the paint into some of those big freezer ziplock bags if you don't have the paint bags left, or if they are the vacuum sealed bags.
