I was just wondering, which gun is better, Spyder TL, or a Shutter. I know someone will say Shutter is better, then someone else with go for a TL, but which one is technically better?

The two are basically the same, except you pay for a regulator that doesn't even work on the shutter. it works, but the "mini expansion chamber" messes up the regulated air. So i would go w/ the tlplus.

The Shutter is wayyyy too bright for any type of play. In my opinion

performance wize, i think they are the same. The regulater doesnt' do jack crap because of hte mini expansion chamber after the reg....so you might as well get the tL plus, and pay less. For 60 bucks more you get a CRAPPY ano job and a reg that has no use..

Why do you like shutters better? Is it just looks? Cause you know the TL comes in JAVA colors now also.

face it spyderman...Tl Plus is better for the price.
well i was gonjna get the shutter cuase of the reviews on this site....but do you really think i should get a TL?..
i would honestly go with the shuter cuase of the reviews...
besides you can allways take off the valve N E way..
but i personally would go with the SHUTTER cuase its
a newer model so there should be less problems......

TL plus, the crappy regulator on the shutter is worthless youd have to spend more money to fix it. Tl plus is way more dependable and upgaradable, but more people buy shutters for there flashy looks and cheap price..

Shutters r so bright and the tlplus isn't. The shutter has a regulator that costs 50 bucks and doesn't even work b/c of the x chamber. Tl plus is much better. My dad has one and its great.

Red widow, Cheap price. What cheap price? its the most expensive non-auto spyder there is! People buy it b/c its the newest model and they think its the most improved. But its not.

stick with the Tl Plus, you'll probably get rid of the x chamber on the se anywayz, and you'll have to get a vertical asa adapter, but on the TL plus you already have one...also i think the se doesn't look too good..

TLplus, the ano on the SE is awesome. But i do have to admit, the x chamber is a waste b/c you WILL get rid of it.

Its actually easy to put a drop forward, get a drop forward and a macroline kit and your in action. Plus the SE does to look good. Its got a awesome ano on it.
