obviously price is in bkos favor, but would it be a great gun for me since i...

like shooting fast, but dont that often. need quick snap shots is a must.
manuverable
accurate with a boom stick (or any other nice barrel)

and anything else that probly fits my discription.

Well to start off the autococker weights about a pound more.

Sense i don't have a bko yet i can't really answer any other questions.

I can tell you that i can get 10bps with my cocker. I have almost no recoil and it drops paint on top of paint. I would have no problem using my cocker in a forward position. The cocking rod and bevertail do tend to get in the way somewhat when you really need to tuck on but you get used to it.

Cockers are cheaper to set up so they don't chop. To make a cocker pinch all you really need to buy is a spring kit. Although other parts make it easier. For a bko you would have to spend $125 on an eye.

For specific questions on the autococker please post in the wgp forum.

obviously price is in bkos favor,
- Yep, Price is a big factor when considering the BKO

front/tape runner
- I also play front and the light weight and the size of the bkos are great here.

like shooting fast, but dont that often
- It is a relief to hear someone else of this opinion. I like the speed of the BKO but seldom ever have to lay down strings and strings of paint, usually no more than 3 - 5 really quick shots then back into the bunker or move forward. The shotck feedneck gives you a good stack of shots for this.

need quick snap shots is a must
- I have been in speedball for just under a year now and th majority of my practice time is sent snap shooting and the bko is a great marker for this.

accurate with a boom stick (or any other nice barrel)
- Yep, of course this isn't the BKO this is the paint to barrel match, but the BKO will keep consistant air behind it.

remember cocker vrs bko in my case
- The senior member of our team (experience wise) has been a die hard cocker fan for all his playing days going on ten years now. He has been very impressed with the BKO however, he does not feel comfortable with it compared to the cocker that he is more accustomed to. It is going to boil down to personal preference, but as far as performance goes, the BKO will do all you need it to do and it will do it impressively.

SABO is correct. The BKO will keep up with pretty much all markers on the market if you put the proper upgrades on it. If I were you, I would try to try each one out before buying. I personally liked the BKO a bit better.

well SABO, you convinced me!:D Right around middle July ill be getting a black BKO, with some green stickies and later on porbly boomstick or something like that. I just got to save my cash and hopfully sell my older gun.

ccrnnr9, i cant try out any guns, so sad to say thats out of the questoin. I did try my friends flashs, e-99s, and imagines, but those are just seartrippers.(im i right?)

the ONLY reason i might get a 2k3 is if my friend buys a cocker for graduatoin, and i try it out and love it. Even then a BKO seemes like an awsome deal. Im 99% sure ill get a BKO

BTW i say 2k3 cocker for 225.00 dollars at Doropaintball :drop:  but the next day it was back up to 340. ............i probly wouldve bought it just for the heck of it, but then i was like "wait, your broke stupid!!" doh!

It was most likely a misprint on the webpage and they wouldn't have honored it anyways.

I think that you will be incrediablly please with the BKO in July. My suggestion is have a nice barrel and df already picked out for it. The rest of the upgrades will determine on how you play.
