I polished my barrel

I know most of you don't care BUT... my boomstick on my cocker was really scrathed up and ugly because of the shroud. You can see it scrathed up in this picture http://ry_goodies.homestead.com/files/cocker.jpg so I took a wooden dowel and wrapped duct tape around it in 2 spots so it fit snuggly into the barrel. I then put that wooden dowel on a power drill so the barrel would spin really fast. I put some polish on a towel and held the towel firmly on the barrel where the scrathes then turned ont he power drill. 1 minute later it looked like this http://ry_goodies.homestead.com/files/polished.jpg nice and shiny and no scratches. :)

Its called Turtlewax. Its a 2 part thing, theres the turtlewax rubbing compound (removes the scrathes) and the tourtlewax polishing compound (makes it shine). They come in containers that look like butter containers.
