For the Bushy/Defiant there are i think 3 chips that i think might just all be about the same thing? tell me what's the differences of the Zip chip, Chaos chip, and the Insaino chip. Which one would be the better buy?

I have never heard of the Zip chip or the Insaino chip Are they still around???

The only chip that I am aware of presently for the bushy/defiant is the Chaos. It is the best upgrade you can get for any of the bushy/defiant markers. Just as simple as that!!!

just go to 888paintball and go to parts/then indian creek/then aftermarket then you'll see those 3 chips

I still dont know that I have ever heard of the other two chips. I do remember something about Bob Long making a chip for a little while, but the chaos was a far superior chip to anything else that was out.

I can tell you for a fact that the chips that are listed on 888's site are some old chips. There are not the current software offered for the Chaos. You can purchase the chip from them if you like, or your can purchase the chip from me for about half the price they list there.

Check out our Bushmaster upgrades. We offer all the Vapor products including the Chaos chip.

We will soon be adding some of our own products as well.
We are currently in the process of proto typing a new valve that has given us a 40 FPS increase over the stock valve.
We are also testing some new bolt designs and a hush hush mod that will allow the B2K's, oh wait it is a hush hush mod :)

How is the Chaos chip better then the older ones? will it let me shoot more balls a second on semi auto or what?

There are two different version of the Chaos chip availible right now.

There is the SO and the MAX chip.

The SO means Semi only. This chip will only fire in semi automatic mode. It has adjustable fire rate through dip switches. It has selectable dwell settings for the ram time on. It has selectable setting for the PDS system (aka Anti chop eye). This chip is tourny legal without and form of switch lock since it only shoots in Semi auto mode.

The MAX chip has all the functions of the SO but it offers mutlipal firing modes.
It offers:
Semi
Full auto
Auto Response
Turbo
Unfiltered Semi auto
The BPS can be set from 9-20bps or unlimited bps if you are using a PDS system.

All current Chaos chips support the LCD screen if installed.

Another thing you might want to check, do you have an old style B2K board or do you have the B2K2 board (this is a newer version board which supports the LCD option). The chips that you are listing from 888 probably wont work with the B2K2 board.

Final thought are any of the companies that produce the chips that you are talking about still around? The only company still producing chips for the Bushmaster markers , that I am aware of, is Chaos.

for the SO chip will that let me fire faster in semi then the other max chip since it's only semi auto?

The CHAOS SO wont fire any faster than the CHAOS Max chip. It simply doesnt have the other firing modes like the MAX has. The software on the two chips is the same with the exception of the additional firing modes on the MAX. This is the only difference between the two chips.

Either chip will allow your Bushy/Defiant to fire as fast or faster than an angel.

Here is a link to a review I did on the Chaos Max vs the ICD Tourny chip.

My review is the first one on the list. If you scroll down you will be able to see other peoples views of the chip as well.
