i am going to massachusetes on a plane and i want to bring my paintball gun. do i need a permit or fill out a paper or what plz help me i leave tommarow

I just did this last weekend....You can take the gun, pack it in a box and it has to be checked under the plane. The CO2 bottle in another story. The airline would NOT allow the CO2 bottle, even if it's empty anywhere on a plane. They said the only way it can go on the plane, is if it's brand new and has never been filed. It then would have to be checked under the plane. Your best bet is to leave the bottle here and buy a new one where ever your going. Then when you go home, mail the bottle back to your self. That's what i had to do...
