There are plenty of post allready on what an expansion chamber does. That is what the search feature is for.

Here is a brief explanation: A expansion chamber expans the liquid co2 entering the gun. Some expansion chambers go through more stages than others to expand the gas. The more stages the better. I think the TL + has only a 2 stage.

the tl plus has a one stage..it's just a big chamber..it doesn't do much..it should be called a gas thru grip..cuz that's what it really is..
