best way to get freak insert out?

yeah its realy hard to get my inserts out on my new freak, so how do u guys do it?

Try a battleswab. If you don't own one then see if anyone has one you can borrow. After that lube the 2 orings inside the Freak back once in awhile. If they get dirty or dry the inserts can get really stuck in there.

DO NOT USE PLIERS or anything of force. The inserts are thin aluminum and can bend if you look at them wrong:D Have patience

I have a new freak and i just pull them out.

YEah I didn't have this problem til I owned my Freak for 6 or 7 months. I never even knew there were o-rings in there. Kept fighting pushing the inserts out, and then one day it really got stuck. Finally got it out with a deformed o-ring. Where there's o-rings, there lube needed. They're only rubber after all.
