This is going to sound cliche(sp) but if you like lectro triggers better, get the defient, if you want a lot of upgradibilty(Is that a real word?) and you like the mechanical trigger, go cocker.

hey tl, i considered getting that gun when i was saving up for a good cocker, but in reality its only an anodized 2000 ac with stock chrome pneu's and a new back block. The only real change from the stock 2000 to this one is its flashy color and aluminum 45 frame. get the image cocker man- you wont regret it!!

i really want to..but i can't afford it....i talked it over with my parents..they sed yes...then they sed no...i hate it when they do that..so now i'm looking for a new cocker that's moderatly upgraded..

its a nice gun..but i'm gonna get a cocker..i decided to do the following:
2000 cocker-335
benchmark frame-55
Lapco Bigshot-50
Vigilante-55
Nitro Duck Tuff Skin Adj. output 3000 psi 68 ci tank-215
new 3 way-30
titanium pump rod-10

if I do that, the total will be 750...cheaper than the Image cocker, and i can always send my gun to Sin Customs for custom ano....what do you guys think?

MC Escher

ooooo, i thought you already had N2, the image plus nitro would run you well over a grand in $$.

Predator2

that looks like a kick a** setup! put the pic it on a thread so we can all see it! AFTER AFTER the custom ano from sin.

Dyes frames are a little better in my opinion.
Also if your going to go nitro, do not get nitro duck, they are way overpriced and I have heard some horror stories about their customer service. A much better tank for the same price is the AGD flateline, but that is just my opinion.
Also when you get a 3-way valve Bomb's are great.

hrmm yeah maybe i'll get hte AGD...and the bomb 3 way definitly i heard MAD good things about that..what about the ram and reg? for now can i keep them stock? and if i aws to upgrade..what should i get? i've heard good things about the Palmer's Rock reg...i have no clue about the ram...damn i sound like a newbie..

my shocktech front end has a shock bomb 4way, Rock/FPG reg with adjustable knob and a STO swivel head ram. If i can find a shock lp chamber, that will be on there too. Over all i think its an awesome set up.

iv'e heard alot of good stuff about the STO Ram..is it worth it?

MC Escher
02-14-2001, 01:25 PM
its nice because it has polished internals, a swivel head for easy air connections, and a nice, sturdy black matte and chrome finsih. The action is very smooth and it works great wiht compressed air. I would also suggest the stainless steal mini-ram. That is a very short, sturdy ram desgined for compressed air and it will give you an optimum short return cycle. Im not sure about palmers ram, i never heard how it works.

doesn't the new cockers come with STO rams? or is taht STO 3 ways...i forgot..

MC Escher
02-14-2001, 02:41 PM
they come with a lower version of the sto 4 way. The ram is standard. The 4 way is not polished nor is it made of aluminum or steel. It is brass along with the ram.
