Who jipped you? Have you tried repeatedly to contact them?
If all else fails report them to the Better Business Bureau(if they're a store) If it's a person you might have to take a legal approach

its a person beware his name is andrew jones andhis email is extreme catalyst i tried contacting him but he blocked me his aim name is youngmc461 he told me he sent my revy then he said that they returned it and hes sending again then i found outhe did this to some1 else also beware

Make a new email address at yahoo (or any other free-email site) and email him from there and if he still doesn't give you an answer; you can call your local police department and ask them what options you have because this can be considered online fraud ( a federal offense) also get the other person to do the same

You call call informatio(411) or just dial the operator and ask them. But I'd reccommend speaking with them. If you have to report it with someone else they'll tell you.
