**MY setup is in my Sig**
OK today I went out to play at my field and I was breaking or chopping alittle bit. I really dont know the diffrence between chopping and breaking. So ill explain:
In the middle of a game I would all of the sudden just see balls curving. So I look at my barrel and its full of paint. The balls were breaking in the barrel because the rest of the gun was totally clean. What I want to know is if this can be because of the stock barrel or what?
Ohh yeah is any help my velocity was at 275-290.

It shoulden't be chopping because you have a revy. Is it cold where you live? Because If I play and its cold I usually chop because of the co2 gets too cold and makes the paintballs like explode. What you should do is get a tank cover or just make one. (Don't use on of those things that fit over water bottles that keep it cold. I used one and I think it just held the cold in.)but sometimes its just too cold and a tank cover won't help.
Chopping : Balls aren't being fed into the marker fast enough and the bolt literally chops the ball.
Breaking : Balls are just breaking because either : old paint, paint to big for barrel, co2 making paint brittle and making it break, just plain bad paint *Cough Cough Brass eagle cough cough

I'm going to start with the most unobvious ones first. Check your bolt and your barrel for burs, my brother's stock spyder had a bur in the barrel, and the gun gave him nothing but trouble until he got an after market barrel. If your bolt has a bur on it, you can sand it out with some sand paper in a flash.
Now, my gut reaction is that you need a faster loader, or to lp your black dragun a bit to reduce blowback. It seems that your hitting the limit with your revvy(my friend does it all the time, and he can't even get the gun to shoot at it's full potential) I would recommend a Evolution 2, Halo b, or warpfeed. This will counter act the blow back, by forcing the paint into the gun. If you LP the gun, then it won't be much fo an issue because of less pressure pushing the paint back into the hopper.

Im pretty sure the ball was breaking cuz I didnt have to clean the gun. Also If I would keep on shooting its not like I would break more. Instead they would just curve and the broken paint will spew out
Yeah I did clean the barrel with battle swab, pull thru, and then water(after I kept breaking).
Also what is burs
I was TC Viper Venoms this is the paint that all my fields use.

Burrs are tiny peices of metal that stick out, usage could cause this to happen, or maybe your gun accidently hit something, either way just take the gun apart and check all the internals, make sure all the metal parts are smooth and there are no major scratches or burrs. You may have gotten a bad batch of paint which caused the first ball to break, paint gets in the barrel and then every shot from there on goes crazy. Get a good quality brand paint and try to get one that is a good match to the barrel you are currently using. Your loader should be more than enough for your current set up. I know my 12v revvy is good enough if I try, and I do mean try to not shoot fast as mine is almost a full auto since my trigger upgrade, but any way give that a try...good luck
