I have been looking at several markers to replace my aging Puma; cocker, Supernova, Vector, Rainmaker. A friend gave me a strong recommendation for an A-5. I confess I have never touched one so know nothing about them, but my friend has never steered me wrong. Here's the question.

I shoot rifle-style and must have a horizontal foregrip. Is the vertical foregrip on the A-5 removable? If so, does anyone know of any replacement foregrip that would resemble a horizontal foregrip?

Thanks in advance.

I know that the forgrip on the A-5 is removeable (well, I'm pretty sure anyway), but I dont know about what can take its place...I've seen some things like this that could act as a grip http://ebay2.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_EBAY_a618418bd828926561a7a8262aeab829/i-1.JPG or http://ebay0.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_EBAY_096a8b8b2***56d1a12b5e38e180f9bd/i-1.JPG

But the forgrip is still there which could be removed...I'm gonna keep searchin to see if I can find anything that'll answer your question completely...

The tippmann A-5 has been used a few times it is in great working condition. I am selling the gun with a few upgrades they are.
-a boomstick
-a armson stealth
-a tru-flight
-and stock barrel
-a double trigger
-a Dead On Pro Blade Drop Forward with On/Off in Black
-a A-5 drop forward mount

This gun is a great first time gun and all the up grades make it a lot more fun to shot.

I am looking to sell it for about $525

Hello and thanks for all the info. It looks like the A-5 can be configured more or less as desired.

blakeyboypballr, thanks for the offer, but that's about $300 more than my better half says I can spend on a PB gun right now. Ah, to be independently wealthy. Or sponsored. Or both. Back to the salt mines for me now.
