OK, i somehow broke the connect pin in my Rebel LE. My local proshop didn't have a replacement so I called up 32° (NPS) customer service. They said they would send me a new part. However, it appears they never did. I have called them repeatedly and they keep saying they will send the part and still haven't. Does anybody out there have a suggestion? I was planning on speaking to the president of NPS on monday. Thx.

The president will talk to me, if he doesn't his company is gonna be reported to the better business bureau. I don't give a **** if he is the president, his company won't fix my marker that is under warranty!

Make sure they have your address(DuH!). Some times they don't send stuff to the correct places also.

Yea, when I first talked to the customer service I gave them my address like 4 times.
It's all in your attitude. I am a wholesaler with National and I get great customer service.
As for Gino, there are tinmes when he answers the phone just to get a feel for his customers. Don't bad mouth him without giving him a chance.
National warranties their guns for one year. Call back and talk to their air smith. He'll send you a part out the next day.

Connecting pins broke several times on my old rebel le, but I had no problems getting the replacements from 32*. Call this # 800-346-5615 ext.203 and ask for Duane(he is the rebel customer service rep). Explain to him your problem and you should have no problems getting some replacement parts. One reason you may not have received the parts you requested is that their shipping has been down for a few weeks because they are moving to a new warehouse. I know this because they are sending me a new gun because my old one was constantly breaking. I was told that their shipping dept. was back up and running last Friday, I hope this helps you.

Well my additude was fine the first couple times I called. I was very cheerful. I called on monday 2 weeks ago and got intouch with Duane Stanton. He asked for my address and said he would send the part right away. I felt good that I had solved my problem. Well, Friday of that week roles around and nothing. So I send him an e-mail asking if he sent it. Nothing, on saturday. So I sent him another e-mail, with an upset tone. No answer on monday, so I give him a called. I got his answering machine. I express my problem and ask that he please call me back. I give him another call on wednesday and he said he was sorry and that he just got back from a vacation. I thought, "ok, sounds like a lie but whatever, I just want the part." He then said he would walk down to the warehouse and send the part right away, if someone else hadn't. I also requested that I recieve the part on friday so I could go play on saturday. Friday and saturday come and go and no part. So on monday, 2 weeks after I originally called, i place a call to Gino. I got an answering machine, but I figured the president of the company would call me back. A few hours later I place another call to Gino. Another answering machine. Out of the blue, however, Duane calls me. He says he was very sorry, and that they were out of connect pins (you think he could have called me back on wednesday and told me that). He then said that he would give me a call as soon as he ships them. I'm just fed up and want my part so I can play. I'm sure everyone out there can understand that.

damn, this guy may be bullsh*ting me too! About a month ago duane told me to send my POS LE to him and that he would send me a new one. I sent it and here it is a month later and I still haven't received the new one. I have called him every week for the past month and he has told me that their shipping is down and that it would be sent as soon as shipping was up and running again. So, this past thursday when I contacted him he said that shipping was running again and that my package would be shipped on friday. So, I am expecting my new gun today and no later than tommorrow. If it doesn't show up tommorrow I guess I will have to call again and do some major b*tching.

Don't call him, call gino and tell him. I think it would inspire duane to do his job better. :D

I've called them a lot, not today though. Duane said he would call when he sends the part. If he doesn't call tomorrow I am gonna be pissed.

I got my gun fixed!! Yay! After sending my threatening letter, NPS sent me a total of 6 pins to fix my gun, and a gun upgrade from a Rebel LE to a Rebel Xtreme. Basically they sent me an Xtreme I just have to send back my LE. They also sent me a paintball mag.

non physical threat. I said that I would spread the word that NPS has "poor customer service" to paintballer via forum. They responded very nicely to that.

ok.. by reading this post i have concluded that rebals suck. sorry but thats what i think. ive had people ask me for help and they ask questions like ,"my trigger frame is broke and ive only had the gun for a week" , "my sear wont catch", "My guns cocked but it wont shoot", and now this pin thing. I wouldn't want to buy a gun that has customer service that says they are going to do something when they dont even when you keep calling.

well, guess what? I still haven't got my guns back yet! And now Duane won't return my calls. I just sent an email to the company explaining how Duane has been screwing me over. I hope they reply to it. If your looking for a new gun, don't get one from 32*.

hmm... that might be why none of the stores ive been to in NC and Ohio dont carry 32* stuff. i asked them why and this is exactly what they said," 32* does not back their products, if you buy a mask or gun from us you CANNOT return it".

Write to gino (president) explain your problem. Threaten that you will spread the word on forums that NPS doesn't back their products.

my local shop carried the rebel line for a little while, but quit because people were having so many problems with them.
All products marketed under 32' are backed by National Paintball. All I do when I have a problem is call my salesman and he arranges for me to get a replacement.
Whoever you are dealing with (at local shops) just doesn't want to spend the time to return stuff (if it breaks) to get a replacement. Most store owners would rather tell you that you have to return it to the manufacturer for warranty work. With 32' the shop owner has to do that.
Please don't say I don't know what I am talking about. I am a distrinutor with National Paintball of North America.
