Lapco Bigshots and autospirits are the best for low pressure setups because they have no porting.

Yes, Lapcos do have porting, and no they aren't the best LP barrels. The AKA Javelin is. However, the J&J will work fine for LP.

Well i'm trying to find a nice mix between LP and Silence.

AKA javelins are the best for lp setups, but they have no porting so its prolly gonna be loud.

Lapcos are too loud. The J&J is very nice, but I say screw effeciency and get a quiet barrel :)
