Opening a field, legal quistions.

Hey guys, I will be hopefully opening a paintball field soon and need to know what liscenses (if any) I need to make it legal. What kind of insurance do I need, and what other safety precautions should I make. I know I need to make up some waivers to sign but what do I write on them? How often should I have a tourny? (I will have a speedball field). I will be running lots of specials and advertisements in the area. Any help would be great, thanks. Oh, also does anyone know where I can find some cheap big CO2 tanks for filling.

you need a program called "It's Legal"

that will be good for the waiver or you can get lawyer to write one

have a tourny every month or so not a big but maybe have a big one everynow and then

That is a link to the waiver of my local field. I would call up the local city hall and find out what needs to be done. Also check with the police office, they would probably know too.

oh and to help..the local field here does a league night thingy every tues. alot of people come, then we draw numbers...then we play tourney rules, points, and all. it's really fun.
