does anyone no who or where would sponsor a 3 man team?

Before I answer your question you need to ask yourself these questions.
1.Have you ever won or even gone to any major events.
2.Could you do anything for the sponsor.
3.Does your team have any kind of reputation either locally or nationally.
If you answered no to any of these questions, your gonna get nothing. You have to pay your dues in the begin, until you make a name for yourself. No ones going to give things to you if you cant do anything for them. Some teams go years before they get a sponsor and even then its nothing special.

hey u know u can't just "get" a sponser, u halfto find a busniess that really gives a care about paintball and mabye u might get lucky, plus they would only go with the better teams so unless u get 1rst place at simple tourneys, no chance

Not really some of the smaller companies will give you sponsorship if you just fill out a resume and make it look professional not lying but just boost and exaggerate.. Kapp has a coop sponsor ship extreme rage isnt a hard sponsor etc.....

A 3man team you might have a hard time. Get a 5 or 10 man team together. Most sponsors want big teams that will "sell" their stuff. Make a name for yourself too. Show good characteristics like sportsmanship and professionalism. Too back track a bit, you need a way to "sell" or push the sponsors gear. Your team also needs to win. At the very least be consistent in placing (top 5 or better). It's not so much "will" they sponsor you it's a matter of "why should" they. You need to prove that you are worth their effort and that YOU have something to offer them. Not the other way around.
