my friend has wanted this gun for like 4 months. he got it last week and it is not impressive. the cup seal was sh*t, the barrel gaurd fell off, the bottom line leaked, and the anti double feed fell off! is this just a bad gun all over or did the shipping guys play kickball with the box?

It will work fine once he tunes it up a little bit. Most guns have minor defects, some just come with bigger and more than others.

I wouldn't buy a gun just because it looks good. If you did that, you could just as well buy a Rebel. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
