which is better?? 98 custom or pro carbine

i am a sniper type player, i just bought a 98 custom. I want to get a new barrel and am looking at the flatine, the small parts all american 16 inch and the tippman 21 inch true flight. Which would be better for sniping based on accuracy and range? Would a pro carbine be any better with the same barell(s)

you dont need a barrel over 14inches...after 14 your just hurting your accuracy. i use a 14in all american and the accuracy is incredible but the only problem is the price, but if u got the money go for it. other than that i have used too many different barrels except for test firing so i cant compare it to anything.
