Well I understand that there's now a paintball league for high schools. I'd see if I could find other schools who do have paintball activites sanctioned by the school to use as models. To prove that it could work, and that it's not as un-heard of as most old people believe it to be.

your lucky. my pbing friends and I are the only ones who really know what its like, some of the rest know OF paintball but have a completely different view on it. 99% of them have the military sort of view on it, they think im running around with a m16 replica or something, they have never even seen a real paintball marker, except for the talons at Walmart

some kid was trying to sound like he knew something about pb this is what he said "paintball is so stupid its like the poor man's WATER GUN." Me:" are really that stupid or it that from where i hit u in the head last week. Plus they hurt way more than a water gun." him:" not really i have been shot twice in the chest with a spiter (thats spyder he doesn't know ****) it feels like being poked."

after that he could see i was about to hit him again so he left

Yeah, a ton of newer players look towards the "war" side. For example, I brought my new Facefull to the library during study and my two friends asked me a bunch of questions. They talked how it would be cool if they had cannons, and M16s and tons of camo and war games, lol. I told them I like the tourney scene better where it is more sport like. They were kinda confused, but oh well. :|

yeah, I wish my school was that open to paintball, it might have been, but some idiot kids went by the school with their guns and shot up the front of the building, and this was when it was -10 to -20 degrees outside so the janitorial staff couldnt get it all off and I guess they busted a couple screens when they did it too. All the windows in front of the school are like hazy cause the janitors couldnt get it all off. When I was talking to the head janitor about it he said that our principal was really pissed off about it and thought that whoever it was that said kids should have paintball guns should be locked up, or some such nonsense like that.

So in other words, thats the end of any chance of having a paintball team at my school.

my friends and i just went in today to talk to our principle about starting up a school team, and he told us to come up with some ideas as to why the school should, why its a good idea and such, and what it would be like. like speedball, the courses and stuff like that. were going to have a meeting with him and the sports director next week to talk it over and possibly get the school board to ok it. we would be the ones helping out the sports director too, so pretty much anything we say we should do, we would probably get it. it will be bomb if it all goes through as planned.

to bad some retards last year paintballed up some teachers house so the majority of teachers are still weary of paintball, so we have to refer to it as "speedball" all the time around them, just to get that bad image out of thier head.
