freak barrel lenth?????

:eek: hello i'm considering buying a freak barrel deluxe kit but i dont know the benifits about length of the barrel. i think they come in as lil as 10" and as big as 18". what are the benifits in the barrel lenth.

anything over 14" wastes gas...

Thanks but that doesn't answer my question (newbie?). Theres got to be some distungishing facters amongst the different lengths, (besides it waste gas).

i think a 14" is perfect becuz if u use crummy paint on a long barrel, it is more likely to break the paint in the barrel. And it wastes to much gas.

Its merely preference, some people like me prefer a 16inch barrel, others prefer a 12. I use my 16 for airball, which helps me push into the side of the bunker while shooting so i expose less.

None will go further than the other, none will be more accurate than each other.

I play mostly woods so I prefer 10 inches. It allows me to "tuck" behind trees easier!
