My field will be running several tounreys next year after I get the field ready. I would like to hear from you guys about any ideas or recommendations on how to run my tourneys and make them a success. Even if just means adding a few minor details, I would like to know what you guys would like to see in tournaments thats not already there.

Prizes, LOTS OF EM! Make sure the reffing staff is top notch, otherwise you'll get alot of angry players who won't return. Free air is a must. Plenty of staging area for teams that's out of the sun.
Is this a wood field tournament? IMO, Sup' Air is the funnest and most common in tourneys.

Thanks,
The first field I'm making is a cross between Speedball and woods, the trees are really small but provide lots of shade and there's no ground cover so it makes for a nice cool speedball game. I'll see how much bussiness I get the first year and what the local interest is, then I will add a Sup' Air field for sure if bussiness takes off. It should be realitivly easy to watch the tournament from behind the nets, but I will make sure to clear out any branches or obstructions that are in the way. What would you suggest for Prizes? Like guns? Or gear, paint or jerseys, or stuff like free field fees for a year and half price on paint for a year and stuff like that?

Prizes for the winners and the loosers so they come back for more a$$whoopings. Like squeeges and free air fills for one week stuff like that.
