one is a pencil tourch, the other is a pencil light (flash light) and the solidering iron is for electro's incase you need a quick fix on your board

Add a heat sink to go with your soldering pencil you never know when you might fry that crucial capacitor.

you forgot 3 very crucial things

1. teflon tape
2. blue loctite(242)
3. red loctice(290)

those you should absolutely have(esp teflon)

you should also add

small crescent wrench
large crescent wrench
the strap wrenches advertised by billy mays(or any rubber adjustable strap wrench really)
a pair of wire cutters
solder(or was that assumed when you said soldering iron? lol)
paperclip
electrical tape
duct tape
zip ties
macroline and fittings
a pair of vice grips

(ok, so maybe my toolbox is a little anal, but I get the job done when it needs to be done)

i recomend the bondus allen wrench, they r cool cuz the cn be used at a angle for like grip frame screws, but cost $20
also a dental pick is good and finally a good leather man or swiss army knife

or yea how will u use thetaps and dies with out a drill?

You need a good, adjustable crescent(sp?) wrench.
