blown silonoid, freezing maxflo,

What are the characteristics of a blown silonoid? Also my gun started something day it hadn't been doing much of. My reg, gas thru and maxflo was freezing over badly while firing? My set up is listed below. I looked down and my maxflo said 260. It was completely frozen over. The maxflo didn't release it 220???? Was it because it was froze over? TAny and all help appreciated.

you have an lpr, IF that was set lower then 200 psi, you should be fine, no matter what the input pressure is (up to a point, say 1.5k psi)
