I don't know. I've been having a hell of a time getting a new connect pin from NPS. It has been two weeks and I still haven't gotten it!! (pent up anger)
I'm guessing it will take a little bit. I have yet to see a customer service in paintball that was good (besides those at proshops).

i have always got my warrenty work back from pmi in like 3 days(i sent in a trigger). but that may be because i live like 4 hours from their offices. if you live far away it might take a while but pmi always has been fast for me.
