it is perfectly fine as long as you have an adjuster lock. depending on what type of tournament you play in. like, wpf i believe you need them. but, if its just a local rookie one, they might let you off..

(the locks cost like 5 bucks)

And if you get an RT trigger, some fields don't like that and some will only like it if they test it and make sure it's set properly so you can't go auto with it.

rt trigs aren't tourny legal at all...no chance
but yes tourny lock down is the actual term

Actually, you can adjust it so it shoots one shot per pull no matter what.

Depends what you mean.
Reactive trigger? Legal(unless tuned too high)
Response trigger? Legal(unless tuned too high)
or the common misconception
AUTOresponse Trigger(this is the one that fires on the pull and release). Not legal. No way, no how.
Reactive/Response trigger just kicks the trigger back into the ready to fire position with more force than is needed to pull the trigger)

Well, sort of...you can have a little response, but the amount that's legal is basically nothing. I shot an intimidator that was VERY tourney illegal, and it only had a little response, not more than enough to get 2 shots per pull and only if you pulled it right.

Ever feel an RT mag running on 800 psi? There's a lot of kickback on the trigger. It's still tourney legal. 850psi is where it's legality gets questionable.

PolicarStudios, aren't you reffering to Trigger "bounce" in that respect?

I saw this guy rig his spyder with 2 double finger triggers. Is that legal? It's really sounds like a good cheapo idea to get your rof up. The second trigger is backwards.

No. At least not by NPPL standards. You are only allowed to have one trigger, and only one ball can be fired for each complete pull and release of the trigger. If you have two triggers then it would be for every half stroke of a trigger it would fire a ball, because the forward motion of one trigger would be the release of one, and you cant double up like that.
