What are some ways to get a paintball field in my city?

I live in a small town. I'd like to have a real field with a real pro shop that would fill co2 and nitrogen fills (3000 and 4500psi of course! lol). I was thinking the following things would help:

Petition with 100's of names
price estimates
history of the sport
information about the modern way of pb
a safety demonstration
a marker exhibition

This could help... Got any suggestions?

I'm confused.

Is paintball banned in your city? Why do you need a petition?

If paintball is allowed, and there are just no fields, then you're not going to be able to petition anybody into opening one for you. You can't make somebody start up a business and risk lots of money just because you have 100 signatures.

If paintball is allowed, then walk around town and look for a place to set up a field. If it is a little remote, there is a chance the land will cost less to buy or lease. If there is no outdoor property, look for old warehouses that you could acquire and would be able to set up an indoor field.

Re-post with some more specifics about what you meant, cause it sounded like you wanted somebody to open up a paintball field for you, which makes no sense.
