why should i buy nitro when i can buy a remote and a stabizer for less in canada that will keep out the liquid co2 and co2 gets more shots per tank and is less bulky what else does nitro have

Nitro is much more consistant than co2. It is not affected by temperature. You get a lot more shots per tank from nitro. The pressure is adjustible (output) thus you can go LP much easier and lower.

Nitro will pretty make your gun improve a whole lot!

i herd some where that you get more shots from co2 because the vapor is thiker or some think like that i would have to buy a small nitro tank i need money for other stuff too but a co2 tank is all ready at close to 800 psi i think? but i would have a reg to make it more consitsant too

Well you heard wrong, nitro is not as reactive either. Nitro does allow a lot more shots. ITs a lot better, why do ya think its expensive as hell?

Yeah on my coker set up, I get like 500-600 shots on a 12 oz co2. With the same set up on a 3000psi 68ci, i would get about 1000-1200

It's all relative, you DO get more shots from CO2, but it'd be heavier. If you filled a 68 CU tank with 800 PSI of CO2, you'd get a hell of a lot more shots than nitro. However, nitro tanks are usually bigger, so it usually balances out. The important thing to remember, is that even with a reg CO2 is pretty inconsistent because it expands and contracts with slight changes in temperature. Also, your o-rings will last an incredible amount longer, and nitro has ice crystals in it, and those physically wear down the internals of your gun. Lose the CO2, even an anti syphon and reg you wont get the performance of nitro

Ok kids... please inform this old man on all the new "airs"! When I played there was 12gm powerlets and CO2 (constant air)! what is Nitro? Compressed air? what else is there? I know about CO2 and its liquid/gas states but what is the differnce in the rest? and which is better? hmmm maybe this should be a string? (Mods please change if you think so)

Do a search on this there are at least 1/2 dozen threads that answer your question.
