My Dwell Wont turn up

I was trying to get my dwell up and when i poked sumthing in the hole nuthing was happening. So i took it apart and i see that little blue button on hte inside is like tore out of hte dwell adjustment place i tried to get it back in there but its not working. does anone know how to fix this or will i have to buy something to fix it?

Any chance you can bring it by the store? The little blue pads should be in inside the black spacers-- sometimes you have to loosn the board to get it in-- but thats all stuff we can do for you if you can get by the store.
