leaking problem

first question is what should my psi be set at.
Second, no matter what the psi is set at, theres leaking air coming out of the chamber. sometimes its little air and sometimes theres alot of air coming out. Also if I turn the "vaue" on the chamber it stops but couple of seconds later it leaks again. Thanks for helping

i have a vertical reg on my nasty
