I have been exposed to a large argument that includes Glenn Palmer. I have decided to make it all opinion based. I will give you some links to the arguments so you can read them yourselves.

I think that kid was full of **** and making a big deal of nothing. Glen Palmer is my hero and he makes some of the sweetest paintball markers around. I dont think he gets enough credit he deserves.

I think palmer makes good products but he has no buisness sence. He needs to learn that the people he treats like crap are the same people that put food on his table. I will never buy from him.

jeez!! who cares. This warfringe guy may be lying about the email or he may not SO WHAT.......palmer is a creepy dude. He may be a paintball genious and God's airsmith but he immature and really hurting his rep with this silliness. You can't single out an obvious customer and hound him through 6 forums for a critical post. I think Warfringe musta been close to the truth to get him so miffed. They both need to grow up. Both of them are over 40 LOL.

Even if Palmer was 100% correct if he had any buisness sence at all he wouldnt have insult his customers. I am 17 and know more about how a buisness should be run. Go figure. I will never buy a Palmer product because of the way I was treated by Mr. Palmer at a Michigan monster game a couple years ago when I had some questions. I have since talked 3 of my friends out of buying blazers.

He's obviously really smart; he writes very coherently and definitely knows what he's talking about, but he puts a tremendous amount of effort into tracking down and arguing with a few people who don't like his products. Palmer stuff rules, I've used their pneumatics and they are truly wonderful, and that full auto type cocker thing he made was brilliant. Palmer really does seem extremely immature though, he's obviously put hours into arguing with this kid, looking at his posts, etc. The fact is, if you're gonna sell stuff some people aren't gonna like it, and he has to deal with that. It's too bad that people here don't want to buy palmer stuff because it's great (can't wait for my new micro-rock), but he really is an immature guy.

Mr. Palmer has always been very helpful to me, explaining how things work or how to mount something, or putting up with my many questions about custom work.

Realize that Palmer isn't a huge factory that pumps out gun after gun, it's a small shop that does custom work on many of their guns.

That takes time. Even Tippmann Pnuematics takes 1-3 days to answer an e-mail and they are a mass producer with I believe 54 workers.

Another thing to think about is that Kingman USA takes 20-30 days to answer e-mails.

Yes, Mr. Palmer may be slow with his e-mails but be patient, he's a buisy person like many of you (or you should be).

As far as tracking someone down...maybe he jsut takes things very personal, some people are like that.

Whoa. I guess he gets pissed off rather easily.

Note to self, never speak ill of palmer products.

First, I couldn't care less if he was the biggest jerk in the world, so long as he made the best paintball materials around, I'd buy them.

Second, the fact that Warfinge has (original poster for this ENTIRE debacle) has now felt the need to post his trolling on EVERY site possible, all he's really accomplished is negating anything he might have accomplished by simply talking to Glenn.

Last, everyine here has heard a newbie talk about paintball. Seems to me that Warfinge is probably one of these. He was very willing to post Glenn's responses, but never posted his original emails. Everytime I hear someone talk about their uber kewl trick3d Spyd3r, I want to scream... how do you think Glenn feels? For the love of God, he apologizes about being gruff in his email sig!

One more thing...
Who decided to put both "Indifferent" and "Don't care" in the same poll?

Maybe he should cut down on the internet forum fighting and get to his business.

Palmer makes some nice stuff, but MY OWN PERSONAL problems with him over the last few years makes it so I will not buy or even recommend ANY of his products.

I'm not gonna go into what kind of bad blood there is, it's not proper, but I will say that he SERIOUSLY needs to wake up and realize where his bread and butter is coming from.

when Warfinge was being a little forgiving and cooled off Glenn just insulted him straight up. Never buy from that shop never ever ever.

"I think that kid was full of **** and making a big deal of nothing."

Who ever said Warfinge was a kid... try about in his 40s.

"...felt the need to post his trolling on EVERY site possible...."

Wrong, try again. Warfinge has started two threads on this issue, one on SEA and one on SpyderZone. All the other threads were started buy other people... did he start this one.

Nope, look at the location, Warfringe is from the East coast.

Also, anyone interested in Palmer Free Player T-shirts at cost can E-mail me at leeloc@hotmail.com

Rules of running a business:
1: The customer is always right.
2: When you think the customer may be wrong, refer back to rule #1.

He insists on carryin it on, on his forum.

By the way, just in case Glenn Palmer does read this, the T-shirts will not have anything to slander you, I assure you, it won't be going as far as the 'P*ss on Brass Eagle, Chevy, Ford, ect. ect. ect.' It will only be there to express the wearer's own personal opinion.
