I think you should, I dont see why not. Back when I had my spyder I used tank orings on all the parts all the time, nothing ever happened bad.

These are the Urethane o-rings, they are much more tolerant of the use and abuse of Co2 than buna-nitrile. These are the ones you'll want.

Urethane is still gonna last longer.
