help with

I have seen many people use Quote joe said and than there is a green line and than in bold letters it has all or a portion of a post. I have tried copy and paste but it does not put the green lines in. Is there a function key or something I'm not seeing. Thanks in advance

Under their post, there is a line of features like "mail", "search", "www." There is an icon that says "Quote" and it will automatically bold and underline the quote above. Then you can just type ur message underneath.

I guess I was just missing it . I kinda figured there would be an easy way of doing it. Thanks again
