PMI best customer servace anywhere!!

One day i went out to play paintball with my friends. I got everything ready to go and then connected my CO2 to my Piranha STS g2 and it started leacking through the ram air camber. I couldn't stop the leack so I missed a day of paintballing and was stuck being the gunnless vip in the games :(. When I got home I tried everything to fixed and read about it on the pmi message board support thing. After trying what the topic said to do, it still leacked. At the bottom of the topic it said that the o-ring in the chamber my be damaged and if it is they will send you a new one(it is a very small non-uniform o-ring). So I checked it and it looked ok, I then sent customer service a letter explaining to them basicly what i have listed above and they said that they sent me a new ram air chamber, I just got it today and no leacking!!!!
I just think that customer service like this should be publicised so I made a topic. Just to make this a more interactive forum, Have you had and experiences with the customer service with a paintball company and was it good or bad?

Its good to hear that. I was beginning to fear the pb customer service suck. I have having a world of trouble trying to get a new connect pin for my Rebel LE. It has been 3 weeks since I contact NPS to get the pin. Still nothing. And its not like it has been 3 weeks of waiting. I have been e-mailing them and calling them and still nothing. I have even called the president of the company 3 times. No reply. I just sent him an e-mail a few minutes ago.

YES, PMI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST EVER!!! i once gave a guy there my phone number over email and HE CALLED ME!! i mean he didn't call collect or anything! he paid long distance from illinois to north carolina just to call me and help me with my regulator. they have the best customer service on the planet

yeah i got my trigger back from pmi todday.. they just gave me a new one.. the guy called me and made sure everything else was working with my gun and if i needed help with anything else.. pmi is the best. period

i just found out what was wrong with my regulator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stupid paintballgear sent me a pmi pure energy regulator with broken o rings on the piston do u think that pmi will give me new orings for free??

i'd call paintballgear 1st. then pmi.. if not.. goto your local store and spend like 1.00 and get some o rings.. make sure they're the correct size tho
